sometimes a table locates in two pages. (end of one page and beginning of next page). There is a command which forces the table to be printed in one page. I had forgotten this command. I thought it might be in table property command but I couldn't find it there.

Not sure if this is the best newsgroup for this but I couldn't see a template group. Apologies in advance if this is out of place. In a large(ish) organisation, what have people found to be the best method of distributing templates?

why would a document (lots of tables and figures) keep switching captions from figures to tables and vice versa.... using Word 2000 it keeps changing the name Figure to Table and Table to Figure.

MSWord's default template is Normal.dot and I think every time a user opens up Word, it generates a refreshed copy of Normal.dot. At my work, they have created a template with unique styles and named it Normal.dot.
