I am designing a template for user guide. I want the chapter number to

I want to have a large word document, saved on my work's server so that up
to 50 people can make their changes to the document simultaniuosly. is this

sometimes a table locates in two pages. (end of one page and beginning of
next page). There is a command which forces the table to be printed in one
page. I had forgotten this command. I thought it might be in table property
command but I couldn't find it there.

why would a document (lots of tables and figures) keep switching
captions from figures to tables and vice versa....
using Word 2000
it keeps changing the name Figure to Table and Table to Figure.

MSWord's default template is Normal.dot and I think every time a user
opens up Word, it generates a refreshed copy of Normal.dot.  At my
work, they have created a template with unique styles and named it
Normal.dot.

I've posted this problem before but was unable to find a solution.
I've set up heading styles according to the recommended method on these
boards.  All of my style documents are templates.  Some users are
trying to amend the paragraphs manually.  In some cases when they do
