In order to add comments to a long text printout, I am chosing to use MS

I'm writing a very long document, and have used different files for
different chapter. However, there are numerous occaitons when I need to

We're in the midst of upgrading our agency from Word XP to Word 2003.
We've found some evidence on the net that docs with tracked changes, created
with Word XP and then moved to Word 2003, often become corrupt.
Does anyone have any evidence or opinions on this?

   I cannot drag and drop text in Word 2007? Yes, I allowed this in Word
Properties>Advance section. But after I select the text and drag and circle
with line through appears so that I cannot drop the selected text. What's
