I have two issues which are sort of interlinked so I will list them together.
The first is to do with numbered list formatting.
I have an outline numbered list in the following format:

Creating fields linked to other fields?30 Jul 2008 16:29 GMT2
Hi guys. Is it possible to create a simple text field where you type in, for
example, a person's name, and then create links to that field elsewhere in
the document so that same name appears in other spots?
I looked at the Cross Reference feature, but that only seems to work on
Formatting cross-references27 Jul 2008 22:41 GMT5
I'm creating a long user guide in Word 2007. I'd like to insert
cross-references that automatically format to look like hyperlinks (blue and
underlined) so that end-users know they can click on the link. I tried
inserting Hyperlinks (which are already formatted that way), but ...

printed page. Maddening!! I did read Suzanne's article regarding
Simplifying finding cross-refs: adding descriptive text at end of NOTEREF field harmless or not?11 Jul 2008 19:16 GMT6
I need a convenient way to be able to find specific cross-references in a
large document (and to know what they are without having to follow the
link), but the most obvious way of searching the field codes (when in
displayed instead of field results) is meaningless with ...

On the chance that my previous messages have become buried -- I'm using Windows XP & Adobe Acrobat writer v5.  I do not
have the pdf.dot installed.  (A copy resides inside the Acrobat folder, however).  My toolbars have started moving around,
and my find/replace dialog box resets ...

Got an issue that I can't event find an answer to on Google.
I am setting up a letter template document for my office. The first page

document. The second page of the letter (the start of section 2) has ...
Inserting text box w/graphic using toolbar button02 Jul 2008 22:54 GMT3
I've created a text box (specific size) that I'd like to use as a callout box
for a company-wide template. It also needs to include a gif/png header
graphic. Is there any way to be able to link to it and insert it with just
the push of a toolbar button?
