I am trying to do a mail merge to email.  It works fine
except that all formatting is lost and images are not
displayed.  Any way to fix this?

paragraph.  Sometimes that paragraph is not needed in the
merged documents so it leaves an extra line in the

I merge letters using Word XP and AccessXP. The merge letter is OK, but when
mailed through Word with Outlook Express, the mail also contains the
field-names. What am I doing wrong? - I use WinXp - and send letters as
text. If I send them as "html" the field-names arestill there.

contact list, I select the outlook contact folder just
fine. But, then I get prompted for a profile.  then I get
a dialoge box titles "Data Link Properties" wanting
