Hi I am in Word 97. One of my word fields is a paragraph. Sometimes that paragraph is not needed in the merged documents so it leaves an extra line in the document How can I get rid of it?? Thanks so much

I merge letters using Word XP and AccessXP. The merge letter is OK, but when mailed through Word with Outlook Express, the mail also contains the field-names. What am I doing wrong? - I use WinXp - and send letters as text. If I send them as "html" the field-names arestill there.

I have a simple 3 page Word 2002 document that contains 4 locations with field codes. All are {FILLIN [Prompt] \*MERGEFORMAT}. One field is bookmarked so that I can use a reference to print the same entered data in the header.
