When I try to merge data from a mailing list onto labels some of the Co. names are to long and wrap once or twice to other lines. This causes city, zip information to be below the label and not on the lable.

When I attempt to use the "Envelopes and Labels" option in Word the merge fails. A blank screen appears, but no list address books to access. I'm then invited to send a message to Microsoft, but no further diagnostic messages

I am using Word 97 SR-1 and importing 3 fields per label from Excel 97 Account, Route, Name I can format each individual merge field using the font option but they do not save.

I am trying to print the names of a list I have in Excel using mailmerge in Word2000. I keep getting labels instead of just a list in a column. How do I do that, please? TIA bob

Using Word 2000 Mailmerge, It does not seem to work when I query for Field: Country; Comparison: is not Blank; or Field: Country; Comparison: equals; Campare to: '' Any ideas?

I have a mailmerge set up in MSAccess which opens an instance of word. Sometimes, Word opens and is only visible as a tiny triangle in the top left corner of the screen. It is then difficult to open it up. 1. What causes this?

I'm trying to create Tent cards doing a mail merge. The problem is, the test doesn't automatically rotate, so every other tent card ends up upside down. Is there a way around this ? Using Word 2000, SP2. Selected Avery 5305
