When I import address into word (to print on envelope)
the Company Name is missing from the address. This means
that I must insert into the address before printing.

Using the Mail Merge Wizard, it doesn't seem possible to include the suffix
field from outlook into my document.  Does anyone know a trick to get past
this?

I have a problem with my mail merge doc and cannot go any
further without some help.  My data source is in Access
and I am using Word & Access ver 2000.

We recently upgraded to XP and since that time I've been
having problems with the mail merge.  Zip codes are often
incomplete after a merge, i.e. the data source indicates
08540 as the zip but after merging it appears as 8540.

Hi
I want to merge an access query of more than 150 records
into Word 2000 but I want to list 4 records per a4 page.

I used outlook 2002 to send a word attachement but the
receipents of the email complained that when they opened
the word attachement, it always poped up a dialog box
saying:

I am having trouble finding where I can change the
default in merge which does not print a line where the
mergefield is blank.  I need to retain the blank line to
maintain form spacing.

How do I insert a field that I want to fill in on each
merged document, without it showing up on every letter.  
I have done merges before, but I have never needed to do
this before.  It seems to be that I should probably use
