When I import address into word (to print on envelope) the Company Name is missing from the address. This means that I must insert into the address before printing.

We recently upgraded to XP and since that time I've been having problems with the mail merge. Zip codes are often incomplete after a merge, i.e. the data source indicates 08540 as the zip but after merging it appears as 8540.

I used Word 2002 to create a mail-merge document and an accompanying Office Address List. "Properties" lists the type of file as a "Microsoft Access Record-Locking Information" - it is saved as "7-1-03 Data List.ldb".
