I have a mail merge document with a field that truncates the text that is coming from a MS Acess database query.  Any text greater than 3 lines seems to truncate.  Thanks in advance, Paul

I am trying to email merge a form in Word 2002. I want the form filled out
by the recipient and returned to the sender by email.
I can email merge an unprotected document just fine. I can design a document
that has the functioning form just fine. However when I try to email merge

I am using {database} to insert several sections of
information into a report.  However some of these sections
may be empty and in these cases Word gives a warning "Word
could not insert the results because your query generated

I'd apreciate some help with a mailmerge problem.  
At the moment I've got a plain Word document listing a board of
directors.  It is an old document that was designed as a couple of
columns.  At the top of the page we have the company logo.  Then the
