I am running Word and Excel 2002 on a Windows XP machine.
I'm using a table in Excel for a mail merge into Word. I
open Excel then Word. (If I open Word first it says the
excel file is locked for editing.) Word updates the

I have a someone in our HR department trying to use the
maile merge option.  They are pulling in this information
from an excel file into a Word template. This has worked
in an earlier version(97) and now using Office 2002. The

I am running Word and Excel 2002 on a Windows XP machine.
There is a cell in excel I formatted to make it
fractional instead of a decimal. When I mail merge it
into word it converts it back into a decimal. Thank you.

1) Is there a way to view the locations of cells in a
table?  For example, if you have a certain sized table and

How can I get my phone numbers to merge into my document
with parenthesis and dashes. [For example(###)###-####]It

I am using Office XP professional and trying to create
labels using Word and Excel.  I can merge the info from
Excel in to Word but when I try to view my label I only
get one page of data.  But if I use the find function they

I have a number of mail merges set up, using Excel as the data source. the merges work just fine in Word & Excel ver 97/2002
When I moved my files into 2003, I'm continually receive the following message when I open the merge document.

I am also struggling with this issue.  There MUST be a
way!  I need this so that the partners can select which
addresses need to be emailed instead of snail-mailed.
