I am trying to get my outlook express addresses onto label
for christmas cards, but keep getting a message to log on

Ladies & Gents:  Go to the Tools pull-down.  Right before
the Envelopes & Labels option is the Mail Merge option.  
On one computer, the Mail Merge option is repeated maybe
60-80 times.  The user has to scroll through all of those
setting fonts in Envelopes & Labels30 Nov 2003 10:04 GMT1
Ladies & Gents:  How can the font in the address portion
of the Tools>Envelopes & Label option be set permanently?  
That font isn't linked to the normal autoformat option.

 When I use the if...then for the mail merge, It will print the next and the field content
          if FRUIT = b print BANAN
          if FRUIT = p print PLU
