I have an Access 97 application where I do a single record mail merge using
Word 97, print the document, give it a name and save it.
This is all done automatically and without making the document visible. I
open a temporary comma delimited text file and output the merge data in that

When I merge, I am loosing the format in some cells from excel, i.e. excel shows a value of "1.60" and word shows "1.584532356". Does anyone know how to round this back to display "1.60" in the merged document?

I have the numeric number for my barcode. I need to know
how to convert this mail merged field so it prints the
barcode and not the two or three digit number. I don't
know how the inserted field should be formatted?

I am using word2002 and have set-up a form that has 8
labels per page. When I go to add formatting using alt-F9
there is not enough room in my label area to display all

where the data comes from a proprietary database, I have
noticed that the hyperlinks disappear when merged to email
through outlook 2000.  The links appear if they are

In Word 2003, there is a "Propigate" labels button.  If I create a label,
then change/add a merge field after the main document shows a page of
labels, I can press the button to change all the labels on the page.
