When I merge, I am loosing the format in some cells from excel, i.e. excel shows a value of "1.60" and word shows "1.584532356". Does anyone know how to round this back to display "1.60" in the merged document? thanks

In Word 2003, there is a "Propigate" labels button. If I create a label, then change/add a merge field after the main document shows a page of labels, I can press the button to change all the labels on the page. How do I do this in Word 2000?
