Problem statement:  Originally I was trying to use MS
Access as the query engine, however that will not support
parameter queries.  So, I built the query in MS Query.  
When I use this query as the datasource, MS Query

in some PC's. In another PC's it all works great.

when i merge a currency amount into word it leaves out the
$ sign and the comma.  Instead of $4,568.00 I get
