I'm using Word 2000.  I created a new label within the
Envelopes and Labels, Label Options.  Everything works
fine on my PC.  When I do a mail merge I can select that
new label and everything prints just fine.

In our Outlook 2003 data we have three different name formats, the data is in the following fields
1. John Doe: first= John, last= Do
