I'm using MS Word 2000 and trying to Mail merge a document with a tab-delimited text file. The master document consists of a big table and nested tables inside. There are only 4 fields inserted in the document and it is one page long.

I merge from an EXCEL list regularly. After awhile (believe it or not it works for a few times) Mailmerge insists on treating the ZIP codes as numbers and supresses leading 0's.

When setting up mail merge envelopes, everything is fine except placement of the address block. I get the name in the correct place, but the address (line 2 and 3) is over at the far left. What am I doing wrong?
