I finally successfully set up a mail merge file in word from excell but am experiencing a problem printing.  Each envelope prints with a solid line at the bottom which also appears in the print preview.  How do I remove this?

When merging a large database from outlook to create
mailing labels word stops responding. I end up closing
word through task manager and when I do I get a

in a letter Template linked to the Contacts list of Outlook.  The name
and address import just fine, but the name suffix does not get pasted
in.  I've chosen the name format properly - John Q. Smith Jr. and
