I use Word for Windows to create mailing labels. My list are small-under 300 addresses. Is there a way of removing duplicate addresses? These are not email addresses.

I'm using Word 2000 and can't get table of contents to update on my form letters. - After updating TOC, instead of displaying page numbers my form letter display the following error message: Error! Bookmark not defined. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

I am working on mailing labels for a client by taking informantion fron Excel, formated and then using mail merge in Word. The problem I am having is that as the names are printed down the page they are starting to chop

I merge from Excel to Word and am getting an error message "Word could not re-establish a DDE connection with Excel to complete the current task" Any ideas, it was working fine until I went from Office XP

Is there a way to change the default datasource path that opens when you start a mail merge? All our DBs are all on the network and it would save time if that was possible. I've looked, but can not find

I'm using O2003/W2003. If I use the merge to email dialog, there is no option to not print blank lines when data fields are empty but it allows me to merge to HTML format.

I have completed my form letter and set up my mail merge data (names, addresses, etc.). When I merge the data with my envelopes, all goes perfectly. When I try to merge my data with my form letter, the address header is fine, but the first line of the letter, the "Dear..." ...

I used to be able to do this, but now I cannot. My labels are in one window of WORD. My addresses are in a table in addresses.doc The merge process is looking for a data base, and the addrress table no longer seems to qualify.
