I use Word for Windows to create mailing labels. My list
are small-under 300 addresses. Is there a way of removing
duplicate addresses? These are not email addresses.

I'm using Word 2000 and can't get table of contents to update on my form letters.  - After updating TOC, instead of displaying page numbers my form letter display the following error message: Error! Bookmark not defined.
Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

I am working on mailing labels for a client by taking
informantion fron Excel, formated and then using mail
merge in Word. The problem I am having is that as the
names are printed down the page they are starting to chop

I am trying to do a mail merge for some of the records in
a excel table, the records that need to be merged are
labeled in an extra feild, all the records have a blank
field named 'again' the records that need merging again

I'm using O2003/W2003.
If I use the merge to email dialog, there is no option to not print
blank lines when data fields are empty but it allows me to merge to
HTML format.

I have a been trying to get a list of names (approx. 600-700) to merge with word. My original file looks like this in word and notepad.
