create labels, and then deleted the duplicates on the
label pages. But now I have all these blank labels that I

I have a mail merge list which appears to be embedded into
the word document. I am attempting to delete several
records from the merge list but can't seem to delete
records from this list. Am I missing a step somewhere?

We just upgraded to Office 2003 and I am having trouble
with the zip field when mail merging from Excel to Word.
For zips starting with zero it's not showing.  With every
other versions of Office, I just click on format in Excel

I've put 4 tables on a page, each table has two columns.

I'm trying to figure out how to clear out the "recently used addresses" that are shown when you click the pulldown arrow beside the "Insert Address Button".
Alternately, if they cannot be cleared, how long will they last?

In the mailmerge toolbar the fax button is unavailable.
I have configured:
Outlook 2002 -Pop3 account
Fax Service -Windows XP
Word 2002 - data source file name29 Jan 2004 18:40 GMT2
In prior versions of Word, the data source file when saved
would have a .doc extension.  Why did Word 2002 change
this to an .mdb extension?

After I do  a mail merge, and print the letters, and the envelopes, I tend to lose the original letter.  When I open the file for the letter, I get a sample envelope, with an address on it.

With Word 2000 I have set up a transmittal form that identifies contents of
a fax, fedex package or regular mail item.  It uses check boxes and drop
down boxes to select standard items that we include in the transmittals
(meeting minutes, prints, samples, etc..) and text fields for ...

I've created a Word form, and I fill in the fields from
Access.  When I open the document, everything looks fine;
if I email the document, everythings fine, when I Print
Prview the document, everything fine, BUT WHEN I GO TO
