I want to use a separate file for my header source file. How/where do I assign this. All I ever see is options for the data source file, not the header source file.

In Mail Merge, I am not getting the option to merge to e-mail If I use the wizard, under document type it only gives me the options for Letters, Envelopes, Labels and Directory. If I don't use the wizard and display the mail merge tolbar, the merge to e-mail button is greyed out

I' d wrote an word document. Whith mail merge with Access2000 File i had insert a DateTime field. when i show date in the document i see " 31/12/2003 0.00.00 " so i had formatted the filed with \@ "dd/MM/yyy" tag

Hi, using Office XP I am running code in Access for a mail merge in Word. The code opens Word and then displays the Select Table dialog. I was hoping to avoid this as I don't want users to have to make a selection.

I've recently upgraded(?) to Word 2003 from 2000 and want to mailmerge from parameterised queries in an Access 2000 db. ODBC won't allow this, nor will it pick up tables linked to a back-end db. I've followed the Knowledge Base

In Word XP I use the "Mail Merge Recipients" icon to sort through files. I'm trying to find it on Word 2000. Does it exist here? If not, is there an equivalent? Thanks in advance for your help!ren

How do you print a specifc range of pages in a merged form letter doc? Wen the entire document gets created, each letter becomes its own section and you cannot print as if it is a normal file.
