In Office XP - I'm merging from Excel to Word. All Zip+4 zip codes only print "0", not full zip code. Excel cells are formatted for Zip+4. Also tried formatting as Zip Code or Text.

Is it possible to format a REF field so that it displays a currency notation. For example the ASK field input is 5.6 with the REF field formatted for dollars and 2 decimal places, so that it displays $5.60 in the document ?

Mail merge used to show up in my menu. Now, even with the menus fully expanded, it is not there. This also happened to me in Word 97. I'm currently using Word 2000. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still have the same problem.
