When doing a mail merge to Outlook using a Word 2000 document and an Outlook 2000 database, I have to answer Yes to each merge entry. Is there a way to automate it so that all merges are done without manual intervention?

When doing a mail merge, I cannot get Job Title to show up in the merge. When doing this merge I went to match fields and added Address Line 2 and Job Title but only Address Line 2 shows up in the merge. Thanks for your help.
