After I do a mail merge, at times I need to go into each
letter and make a change. When I make a change and hit
enter, it takes a long time (5-30 seconds) for the change
to take place. Why is this taking so long?

When I run a merge with the envelope attached as part of the document file the first envelope prints fine, but the subsequent envelopes all have the footer of the document printed on the envelope along with the address.

the database will open however she cannot select the edit
