I am using Windows XP.  I have created an envelope in Word 2003 and merged
it with an address list from Access.  My problem is that I have to print
each envelope individually.  How can I get Word to print all the selected
addresses on envelopes without having to manually scroll ...

Hello - I'm trying to merge a Word letter with an Excel
spreadsheet that has 1038 rows -- However, I only want

I have a mail merge document with MS word as the database
and I have a field for the date. So if i am to add a new
record, I want to auto insert the current date instead of
keying in the date myself.

The Page Setup option under File is grayed out on a merge document I'v just
created.  How come, and how can I set it????  I need to change the margins.

I'm trying to do a e-mail merge and have a templete form
attached that I need people to fill out and e-mail back.  
But when I send it the form does not stay intact and you
can not fill out by clicking the boxes or typing in the

i did a mail merge and then emailed the original doc to a colleague and the
data inside had gone???
does the doc not save and contain all the data from the datasource????

Word XP and Excel
My Excel file has different headers and the fields are
different.  The fields in Word XP are correctly named.  
However, when I Mail merge into Word XP today all fields

HI - I have Word 2002 on WIN XP.  I found I have five mail
merge databases for my spring sale.  I want to merge them
into one larger database (without re-keying each).  
If it can be done, can someone explain the steps?
