Is there a way to save each record as a seperate document?
Say I have 100 records in the mail merge and would like
to save each as a seperate document. I can do it the long
way but there has to be a simple way of doing it.

When I click the Tools button the drop menu shows multiple (more than 20) Mail Merge selections.  Only one has a right arrow for an additional drop menu.  What are the other Mail Merge selections and how do I get rid of them?  They clutter up the drop menu.
