Using an Excel file as the address data source for a mail
merge. The zip code field is formatted using zip code in
Excel, however, when it comes over in the merge the lead

I've seen that there is a "Catalog" type of mailmerge file, which would
presumably handle invoice detail lines, however I haven't seen how to
provide a header and footer for the items in the "catalog".  Can someone
