I am trying to create a field so that when I type text in
that field, it is also display elsewhere in the document.  
For example, how can I type the date of the document once
and have it displayed in the footer of succeeding pages?

I am merging lots of addresses that have different

When I merge to a letter etc, I am getting blank lines.

I have a mail-merge document setup which links to an Excel file. I have it
working fine for the most part, except for this: I need it to break-up the
data in zip codes, where the zip codes change. It already sorts by zips, but
it also needs to separate them, like so:

Can you help with printing labels?  How do you print one half of a sheet of
labels then next week you need to finish printing the last half how do you
tell WORD where to start printing, or should you turn the sheet of labels
over upside down and run them through the printer?

Is there any way to do an e-mail merge with an attachment.  I set up the mail merge in Outlook using Word as my e-mail editor and include the attachment - but then when I hit send it just seems to send the text of the message.  What am I doing wrong here?

I have a user who has 300 addresses all typed up neatly
in a Word XP document.  HOWEVER, now she needs to merge
them into labels and I can't figure out a simple way to
do this.  I have copied all the addresses, and pasted

I'm merging some dollar amounts from Excel into Word.   However, once it is merged, the "$" symbol and commas go away.   How do I retain this format?  I'm trying to avoid having to manually type in dollar signs and commas.

The MailMergeFieldNames is only available from a DataSource; however I need to verify that all the MailMerge fields in the destination are valid based on certain criteria
Any assistance would ...
