I select Tools / Mail Merge / Get Data / Open Data Source. I then select the Excel file It then asks me if I want to merge with the "Entire Spreadsheet" or just the "Print_ Area" I can't get it to link to a specific worksheet within the workbook. It only seems to function ...

Not sure if this is a Word or Outlook question. I'm using WXP and OXP. I start my mergers from within Outlook (select contacts to merge) and then select a Word document. I then use the "Merge to E-mail" option on the toolbar. Everything works fine.

I am trying to merge an Outlook database with a word file. It all work fine but the outcome is a txt email message to all contacts. I don't want to attach the word file. What is the trick to include the contents in my Word file in the email as HTML formatting.

I am trying to print out mail merged postcards that I created in Word 2002 and having trouble getting them to print 4 per sheet. I have already tried merging to a new document and using zoom. My printer is an hp psc 1110. Can anyone help me?

My first try using Word 2003 for mail merge, and I get a space before the first field in every record (mailing labels). Why? How do I fix this. It never happened in older versions of Word.
