When I merge my information from an Excel data source to
a Word document (invoice) the 'Numbers' do not have
decimal points or dollar signs.  (sometimes they do and
sometimes they don't) unfortunately... I cannot see the

In Word 2000 I have a mail merge document and a merge.txt datasource as
the merge file with multiple records and fields delimted by Pipe like:
Field1|Field2|Fields. Example:
John Doe|1 Main Street|Boston|MA|02222

I have an access database with which I do several mail merges using a
query as datasource.  Everything was working quite smooth until one of
our staff upgraded to office 2003.  The Access application still works
