After attaching a merge file in Word 2002 and click on "Mail Merge Recipients",then "Edit", the "View Source" button that would allow viewing the merge fields in tables is dimmed.

I am trying to print envelopes for wedding invitations. When I do the mail merge, every thing looks fine, but the return address only prints on the first envelope. word 2000. thaNKS.

Word complains that it cannot open a .csv file as a merge data source. It doesn't matter whether I'm using the MailMerge wizard or VB code to initiate source open process.

I Have a problem with Word 2003. I Open a Word Object with vbscript code, and merge with an Excel Worksheet. The problem is that Word 2003, opens a message box to confirm to execute the SQL Statment, and Code Can't execute it.

When I create a label merge document using an excel spreadsheet, Word only produces one page of labels. I end up having to copy and paste to create multiple pages. Isn't Word smart enough to produce enough labels for my entire data set? How do I fix this THanks!!! -stephe
