I received a message when trying to query a mail merge document. "Word could not parse your query options into a valid sql string." The field is a default type field and I wanted "placement" to equal "Honorable Mention."

On one machine using the same front end Access program, a built in Word merge document only shows all the mergefields of the document, BUT won't permit the user to View Merged Data to change to the data in the record

I also have a decimal format problem word2000. If I formaat it as \# "0.00" my number gets rounded up, (29.00) If I don't format at all it drops the ending 0.(28.1)

I don't want to get warning messages about margins set outside printable area of page. Can I set something so this doesn't happen?

I have been attempting to use the mail merge wizard to create a group e-mail, but when I finish creating my e- mail in Word and send it off to be e-mailed I expect to see the e-mail messages in my outbox in Outlook, instead

Why can't I make 2 text form fields with the same bookmark in the same .dot file? Is there a way to do it. I just want 2 identical Text Form Fields in the same file. Thanks - Joel

I am having difficulty in a mail merge project. I am using an Excel database into a Word form. When I merge, my output skips every 5th record. Does anyone know why and how I can fix it?

office 97, when making labels in word (excel data source) zip code is not an option on the drop down menu to insert fields. Where does word pull these from? I would have thought it was the source data, but the source has the zip code field in it.
