mail merging data from Access to word master document. 35 records, hence 35 seperate sheets in ONE word document. How can I get each record to merge to a new document, thus having 35 seperate files of the merged data.

In Office 2000 I am creating mailing labels using the wizard. The data file is another word document. Using L7163 (7 rows x 2 columns) and changing the font from 10 to 12. Each record has 7 fields, each printed on a separate line with 4 spaces at the start of each line

I am mail merging with a text file that is seperated by commas. All the fields that are in the mail merged text file are surrounded by speech marks Within some of these fields ,e.g. i have an address field , commas can appear within the speech marks.
