I'm experiencing problems with automation from Access to Word. It always worked well, but since I installed Office 2003, I get the message that my Word merge file (with predefined merge fields) is NOT a merge file. Would anyone know what's going on?

Sometimes my FirstName fields look like "john" instead of "John". Is there an easy way to format the merge field so it capitalizes the first letter of certain fields no matter what?

I am using Word 2002 (french). in Word 2000, sorting or filtering (advanced) data that were numbers or dates were OK when I used a Word table as data source. In Word 2002 there is no way to specify the data type when I create my *.mdb

I'm using an 8 1/2"x11 cardstock sheet to make postcards. There will be 4 postcards per sheet. Each postcard will have it own name and address from a mail merge. How to I get 4 "different" names and addresses on one page? I keep getting the "same" name and address 4 times.
