I cannot print a stiplulated page range of a merged document. Print Current Page works but I often only want pages 1-4 or whatever and this won't work. I have tried printing to three different printers (all different types of printers) with no luck. I am using Word XP. Any help ...

I am using Continuous section breaks to control headers
and footers in a mail merge document.  The problem I
encounter is that Word substitutes a New Page section for

This is Word 2000. Under the 'Tools' pull-down should
appear the 'Mail Merge...' item. It does not!
The only weird thing about this setup is that it has
