I am looking for a way to easily set up a document to allow a user to enter data, via a form that pops up. I want to make it very simple to setup and not use UserForms/VBA etc. Is there a recommended way of doing this, keeping it very simple ?

I succesfully used MailMerge to create documents filled with data. But, since Office XP, the client have lost the ability to select a printer of their choice because the print dialog does not show up.

We have a VB program which opens word documents and data source and performs mailmerge programmatically. Whenever there is a problem with mailmerge (eg: some mergefields are missing) the word session hangs.

I turned on the feature to suppress blank lines in my merged document if no data is there but they still appear. I do not get an error message and do not know how to fix it. Thanks for any help you can offer.
