why can't we print only selected pages from the final
merged document.  We can print a current page but cannot
select, say, pages 6-10 to be printed.

I am trying to get a letter mail merged with our medical database and before I can get it to work, it says enable macros - go to help. Help doesn't have an answer for me. I don't know if it's a problem with the database or with Word. Any suggestions?

When I merge a word document with an Access database I
find that the formatting of numeric fields is incorrect.  
The original table is formatted to 2 decimal places but
in the Mail Merge Recipients window and in the merged
