not one word document with all of the 200+ merged letters

Mailmerge - how to insert conditional IFs03 Jun 2004 17:17 GMT2
I am trying to fix the dreaded "can't suppress blank lines" problem in
Word 2002/XP.  I've already added back the old "mailmerge helper"
where there's a radio button to suppress the blank lines - no use.
Now, I want to try to do what I've seen mentioned here and
header/footer merge field problem03 Jun 2004 16:26 GMT2
I've designed a Word doc with merge fields in tables in the header, footer,
and body.  My data source is text in .csv format.  The header and footer

using <<NEXT RECORD>> in the first column.  After much ...

I'm totally new to this mail merge thing.
I can do a simple Mailmerge in Word using an Excel CSV, for mailing
labels. However, I'd like to be able to automate it so that I don't
have to do a separate merge for every CSV (and I have lots) in a
merged file has weird section breaks03 Jun 2004 16:19 GMT1
I just did a mail merge file, creating a Word document
with the end result. For some reason, the section breaks

page, creating a blank page in between each letter.

Zip codes starting with zero03 Jun 2004 14:49 GMT1
Office 2003 - I thought we licked the problem of codes starting with zero by formatting the cell as text instead of numbers. However, now the field is coming out with just the zero and not the rest of the number! (The rest of the zips are fine; just the ones starting with zero) I ...
