I am merging to a word document using MS Query from a 3rd party application whose data is in MS SQL 2000. With in their database is setup as a Zip Code not Canadian Postal Codes (123456 instead of M1N 2B7.) Therefore the code comes out as all 6

I have a need when merging a list of 200+ receipients in mail merge to generate seperate MS-Word files for each, not one word document with all of the 200+ merged letters in one file. Am I missing something?

I just did a mail merge file, creating a Word document with the end result. For some reason, the section breaks between each letter force each letter onto the next odd page, creating a blank page in between each letter.

I've asked about my problem.......multiple mail merges(it's worse now)......I was told to uninstall my Word in Works......and also in Office(it seems they've "mixed".....) and then reinstall Office. I've tried to uninstal....and I get a n error message to the effect it has ...

When using the mail merge wizard, I edit my recipient list, select clear all, then check the records I want to merge into a label. When I preview my selection, all records in the database merge into the label. What am I doing wrong?
