I am trying to merge Excel Data into a table in Word. Whilst the data comes through ok, it changes the date format from British 19/11/04 to 11/19/04. Any ideas on how to stop this happening.

Every record has a list of schools and the attendance duration. Is there a way to set it to sorting that group of data at the same time the records are being merged to the form letter?

I use mail merge nearly daily for canvassing & was just notified by my mail sorting company that I can no longer use punctuation in the address block as the new sorting machines don't recognize punctuation....I can't find a way to remove it in the address block, any ideas????? ...

I've had customers reporting that when they run a spell check on merged documents, mispellings in the merge data are not detected by Word. It's as though the text that was merged is invisible to it. I've even tried
