I am using Word 2000 with Windows XP. When I click onTools, a long list (more than 20) of 'Merge ...' appears. Only one of them has a right arrow. When I set up a mailing label merge usning an Excel database, Word tells me I am low on memory and can't continue. I have PLENTY ...

I have a WORD document that uses the autotext formatting for an entry. I need to make changes to it and when I do what the help files say, hightlight it and save it again it appears that it works. When the merge takes place the formatting hasn't changed. Any ideas.

I have inserted mergefields from Access in rows in a Word Table. If the fields in Access are blank, I would like for the row on the table to be suppressed. What would you suggest?

When MailMerging a document from Access table, and Access colum DATE is yyyy-mm-dd, as well as the Regional Settings on My Computer, the same field is format inverted when in a MailMerge document, such as dd-mm-yyyy.

I have my database in excel. My document in word. I need to print several records on one page if there business name is the same. If the business name is different I need it go to a new page. Is there a way to do that?

I am doing a merge with pictures. I have used the icludepicture mergecode and then inserted the mergefield where the file name goes (pictures location is in a database) and this works ... until I save the file.
