I am attempting to complete a mail merge where I send one
letter to a manager that includes the names of all the
employees who are to receive a bonus.  So in other words,
employee A has 5 people eligible and employee B has 3

I am using (IF Condition (INCLUDETEXT Document Name) ) to conditionally insert other documents into my merge document.  However, after the first document is successfully included all other included documents lose their formatting.
Any ideas?

I haven't used mail merge for a good few years, and always
done it from Excel to Word.  Now I have a bunch of tables
in 1 word document that I want to merge into another.  The
reason being, I have about 6 versions of the same doc,

I haven't been able to find this problem posted. I have a spreadsheet
with dates in the long format (Wednesday, June 9, 2004). Some dates
are entered directly and some are calculated by the WORKDAY function.
When I merge these fields into a word document, sometimes the merged

A good number of my documents seem to have a problem with
holding their data source location.  Every time I open
the documents, they say "Data source cannot be found..."
and then I relocate it and specify it.  I then save the
