I have information (including peoples names and addresses) in an Access Table
and cooresponding Form.  I want to send letters to the people listed in the
table.  How can I get Access to print either envelopes or labels using the
information in my tables?

This question must have been answered a hundred times,
but I searched the postings and could not find an answer -
after having searched the Microsoft Knowledge Base.
In Word 2002, I am doing a mail merge to create labels

Word is converting and displaying numbers with a simple
2-place decimal (.025) from the data source to exponential

seconds to merge using Windows98 and Word97. When I was
upgraded to XP and Word2002 and a much faster machine,
the merge takes 2 minutes. I tried it on another (slower)
