For some reason when merging from Excel to Word, word
converts the text to a zero(0).  There is only 4 cells
that have text in the the rest are numbers and show up in
a word document as that .... numbers.  What is cousing

DOCPROPERTY fields in the document?  I am using Edit | Select All and
F9 to update the DOCPROPERTY values.

I am doing a mailmerge programatically from VB.NET to Word2000. Mailmerge
goes fine but the macro's and autotext are disabled. I think since I am
opening the template document programatically word is disabling the macro.
Is there a way to tell word to not do this?

I have read the help file over and over. It says open new doc and click "Mail
Merge" but I find no mail merge on my tools menu.  i am using Office 2000 and
have no idea why I can't make mail labels with excel data using word and
Avery labels.

Our ZIP codes here in the Northeast start with a 0 (zero). I have the column
formatted as a ZIP code in Excel 2003, but it keeps coming over to Word 2003
as a 4 digit number, cutting off the leading zero. Help!

Whenever I do a mailmerge from excel to word, all of the
zipcodes that start with a zero on excel lose the zeros
in word, so all of the zipcodes come out wrong
