I am trying to get Word to extract data from my clinical database (.DBF
format) so I can produce personalised (referral) letters for clients.
I can extract the data into my letter template using a mailmerge feature
involving {MERGEFIELD fieldname} but would then like to assign ...

In word2002 and outlook2002 installed performing an email
merge if I choose HTML format to send emails it does not
work. However, if I choose attachment or plaintext it does
work.

Word  that it doesn't allow the option to print either a single page and/or
a range of pages.

I am trying to locate mail merge but this does not appear
under !Tools! on my machine which is running XP.
Can anyone please advise how I can locate mail merge etc?

Using XP office and machine causes calculated average values to be displayed
to at least 8 d.p. on the merged document despite truncating the values on
excel. There is not a problem when I use a 98 machine.
