I'm trying to use the Merge Wizard in Word 2002. When
browsing for the data source in a 2002 Access database,
only a partial list shows tables and queries to choose

i'm trying to do a mail merge using data from an access
database that includes tickbox fields.  when i merge
these, i get the values 'true' or 'false'.  but, is there
any way to do the merge so that tick boxes are displayed

I created a data base and then I created a form letter.  
In the form letter I inserted a database field
called "Date" and when I merge the form letter with the
database I get the date correctly but also included is the

I am using an excel 2003 file as my data source for my
word 2003 doc.  Date format in excel is d/mm/yy.  
Regional settings for date is also in short date format.  
However, after mail merge the date format in the word doc

I have accidentally deleted data for a Mail Merge of 150
people/addresses.  But, when I open a document that has

When I do a mail merge (Word letter/Excel data), my finished letters contain
unpredictable output.  The data does not align on tabs.  Some data are empty
but I'd expect the next field to be on the following tabs.  How to make a
word tab behave?

I have a program with addresses. I wrote a letter in Word and I want to print
the same letter with all the different addresses. Because there're hundreds
of addresses I can't copy paste each one. I need to know how can I do this
automatically..

9-digit zip codes merge as single zero (while 5-digit codes merge
successfully). I've tried formatting field to text, even reducing original
9-digit codes to 5 digits, but nothing seems to work.

I have a list of addresses pasted from Yellow Pages into a normal Word
document. Is it possible to create a data source from this or must I type in
all the hundreds of addresses?

How do I clear a mail merge datasource without removing the mail merge functionality or the mail merge fields?  I only see the option to 'CHANGE' the datasource, but not 'REMOVE' it.  Help in doing this manually or programmatically would help.
