When creating a Word mail merge (in Office 2003) to an Access database, I do not see the entire list of queries. In fact, after listing about seven tables and "views", the list stops. The database has about 50 queries in it.

How do I change the label size once I've already set a size and saved it? I have it at one size and need to change it to another. I'm working in Word 97 if that helps.

When reviewers open my documents to track changes, and subsequently return the document to me, the TOC and all Captions get "edited" (stricken text + new text inserted)- -even though page numebrs did not change or table/figure

I can change the order of fields in the mail recipients box, but the next time I merge, the fields default back to original order. Can the fields be PERMANENTLY moved?

I merge a document from my data in Word XP Pro and then format/edit the merged document and then save and close it. When I go to re-open the document Word prompts me to re-merge the data and if it does, then I lost all my edits
