I want to ask the user what position on the page he wants the addresses to print. for example: ask them what row and colum in a sheet of labels, and have the address print to that selected label and only that label.

I a document I can get the total number of pages by inserting the Numpages field. In a mail merge document I insert the Sectionspages field to make Word restart for each individual letter. This gives me a problem if the main document have more than one section.

When I do a mail merge in Word, importing a data file from Excel, the special formating (zip + 4) doesn't work. I have to go in and retype the dashes in the zip code. Am I importing wrong? Thanks! I am using Office 2003 Home Edition.

I am puzzled about this problem. My ms word 2k, does not display any formating of menu's when adocument is opened. I have tried Uninstall & reinstalling the MS OFFICE Suite comletely.

The systems admin recently installed MS Hot Fix 04-028, and now most of our Office applications don't work. We use a lot Access 2003 to store our data, and most of the databases automaticly opens a mail merge Word document
