Is there a way to specify the direction a label merge comes out? I am using a label template to create an address directory and would like the labels to go vertically and they keep coming out horizonally.

When doing a mail merge in Word using an Excel database the filters are changing. I exclude records but they keep showing up in my final merge document. When I look at the advanced window there are double entries for the fields I am filtering.

When I follow mail merge wizard and try to use Outlook Contacts (for mailing labels), I get error message about dialog box or database problem or else nothing happens at all. The mail recipients edit box is grayed out.
