I followed the instructions from

I'm trying to send this information via e-mail.  i.e.  All of the "Atlanta"
information, that has been put on one page, e-mailed to Atlanta, etc.
how do I replicate entries for a mail merged catalogue in Word14 Oct 2004 01:38 GMT1
I have no problem arranging for data entry but the merged document shows just
one catalogue entry on each page.  In the past, I've been able to replicate
the data entry choices so each catalogue item was listed consecutively.

It is a .mdb file and it won't let me open to print.  It says it is an access
file.  Is there something I can download?  I have office 2003. . .should I
have it?

I can't find anywhere in Word XP to create a mail merge with related tables?  
It will only let me insert a field from one and only one table.  I need to
insert data from one table, like name, address, city, ect. and then the
related data in another table like their accounts.  So ...

I have a merged mailing list 62 label sheets long.  I tried to print it on my
Laserjet 1100A printer and it prints just fine.  EXCEPT, I have to manually
press a button on the printer for each sheet to feed.  I don;t want to have
to sit there and do that 62 times.
