Updated from Office 2000 to 2003. In 2000 had mail merge that used data file and separate header file, in 2003 cannot seem to have a separate header file with field names in. I'm I missing something?

I am printing addresses on 4UP postcards (that is, 4 postards on a 8 1/2x11 sheet of paper). When I mail merge, I keep getting the same address on each sheet instead of getting an address for each postcard on a sheet. I am using Microsoft Word 97.
