Currently our mail merge from Access2000 reads in the document say whereas fields 1 & 3 are Prefix Mr, Mrs etc, and fields 2 & 4 are last name. (field 1)(field 2)

When I perform a mail merge from an excel data set, all information comes over fine with the exception of numbers. Numbers that include decimals, even though they show up as two decimal in the excel spread sheet are carried out almost 10 places. How do I correct this?

I have just upgraded to Office 2003. I am now having difficulty mailmerging from word 2003 using Outlook 2000 contacts given that i have to use Outlook express as my default mail client for Virgin.net.

I've done several mailmerges, but now, regardless of the computer I'm on, I can't get Word to create more than the first page of labels from a data source. I've tried from the Word wizard to grab the data source

Depending on whether a variable length field (1 to 6 characters) contains the letter L, I want to be able to insert different text. I tried: { IF CODE = "*L*" "HAS L" "DOES NOT HAVE L" } Why does this not work?
