Office 2003 Pro / OS XP Pro A mail merge document is connected with Outlook (olk). Every time you open this document it's connection is lost. (and a lot of messages are coming up)

I can't seem to add Mr. and Mrs. to the Address portion of a mail merge. It just keeps addressing it as John and Jane Doe instead of Mr. and Mrs. John Doe. I chose the Mr. and Mrs. option from the Mail Merge Task Pane, but it just won't work. Any ideas.
