I need to add a space to a merge field - I want to say
print merge field middle initial and then print a space.  
These need to be inside of the brackets so if there is not

merge function there is no field for "Job Title" and therefore the job title

The documents are send as attachements.
This works fine but the generated documents in the e-mail message contains

I've been able to automate the mailmerge process with Microsoft
office 2003. Anyway, in some cases, it is still necessary to dismiss
