I am using a query in a mail merge document and I can not get the query to pick up all the records in the excel worksheet. There is 500 records in the spread sheet and it only picks up 428. Any help would be appreciated

Why, all of a suddent, are these big red formatting notes showing up in my merged documents. They are flow-chart looking things pointing at every merge field with font, etc. They weren't there last week, or last month. Now, they're everywhere.

My office just converted to windows 2003. I had a word document that was set up as a mail merge with an access query. When I try to get my merge data I am unable to select the query within the access database. It only gives me table choices. How do I accomplish this?

I am merging 7 records on a page, but want to start a new page at a change in area codes. I can force a break but the last record on the prev page repeats until the end of the page. That happens when I use NEXTIF. If I use NEXT and SKIP, the entire prev page doesn't print.
